Shipping & Returns Policies

(For the purpose of the text below, "We" and "Our" refer to "Saskatoon Barbecues and More".)

In-Store Pickup Policy

For security purposes, orders paid for on-line will require two pieces of ID or one piece of photo ID for pickup, which must match the name on file in your customer account, unless other arrangements have been made.

If you will be sending someone to pick up your order for you, please specify the name of that person in the "Notes" area when placing your order, or call us at 306-664-3060 to make other arrangements.

Important: If you are placing an order for "In-Store Pickup" and select the "Pay At Pickup" option, your order will be reserved for you in-store for a maximum of seven days.

If you wish to have your order held for pickup for more than seven days, please pre-pay for your order through the online checkout to ensure that your order will be held in-store for you.

Shipping Policy

Availability on products is subject to change without notice.

We offer shipping throughout Canada.

We cannot offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.

Due to variability in shipping costs and product weights/dimensions, we are unable to provide automatic shipping cost calculations at this time.

If you would like your order shipped to you:

  1. In the "Delivery Options" section, select "Request shipping quote". This will add a placeholder shipping cost to your order.
  2. In the "Order and Pay" section, select "Pay at pickup". (You will be able to pay online once you approve the shipping costs. You will not be submitting payment at this step.)
  3. Submit your order with the "Place Order and Pay" button.

We will then prepare a shipping cost quote for your order, which will be e-mailed back to you for your approval (along with an estimate of delivery time). The order updated with shipping costs will be available in the "My Orders" section of your account page. After your shipping quote has been prepared you can pay for your order online, and we will ship it to you within 1-2 business days.

Depending on distance, shipping costs are typically around $20-$25 for small parts and accessories, $60-$80 for larger parts and heavier accessories, and $200-$400 for barbecues and fire tables.
Please do not attempt to pay for your order without a shipping quote, in order to avoid shipping charges higher than you were expecting.
Orders over $600 shipped outside of Saskatchewan MUST pay via PayPal or arrange e-Transfer payment, instead of paying online by credit card. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping quotes remain valid for a maximum of seven days from the time the shipping quote was prepared. If you wish to have your product shipped after that time, you will need to re-request a shipping quote as described above. (The new shipping quote may be different from the original expired quote, due to variability in shipping costs.)

We can ship via multiple carriers, including:

We will endeavor to find the most economical option for shipping your particular order; however, if you have a preference for a specific carrier, please let us know when placing your order and we will ship via that carrier (if available).

We do NOT ship products on a pallet to PO BOX addresses. Items shipped on pallets include all barbecues, fire tables, and other large items. If a PO BOX address has been entered into order for a product that requires palletization for shipping, we will cancel the order or seek a shipping depot nearest to the customer, for customer to PICK UP from.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days for all in-stock products. If a product is out of stock, Saskatoon Barbecues & More will send an email to notify you of estimated date of shipment. Please note, barbecue Premium Package orders may take longer to be delivered depending on current booking status (during barbecue season, we may be booking 1-2 weeks ahead).

Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday between 9:00 am - 5:00pm. Shipments may take 1-10 days to arrive depending on date shipped and distance from our store. Once the order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking number(s).

Some shipments may be sent in multiple pieces due to size or weight of items and as a result may arrive at different times or via different carriers.

Orders with a “Ship To” address that differs from the “Bill To” address may receive a phone call to authenticate credit card/payment details.

Large items ordered online are shipped via common carrier and will be delivered to your curbside, in a box, unassembled. If you order a large, heavy item online, have a plan for how to handle it when the shipment shows up in front of your house.

While we will make a good-faith effort to determine shipping charges as completely as possible, please be aware of the possibility of additional fees (accessorial, surcharges, etc.) which may be charged directly by the courier.

Floor Model Items

Items marked as "Floor Model Only" are available for purchase, but have been pre-assembled and have been used for display purposes in our showroom. Original packaging may not be available for floor model items. However, there is no additional charge for assembly on floor-model items, provided that it is the last one in stock and we have no additional boxed stock for that item.

If you place an order for a floor model item (intentionally or inadvertently), one of our representatives will contact you shortly to confirm any relevant details before shipping.

Returns Policy

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in new condition and in undamaged original packaging.

Eligible returns will be credited back as the original payment type within 14 days from purchase, or as store credit between 15 and 30 days from purchase.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned products.

Fittings and hoses are ineligible for returns due to contamination liability.

Electrical components are ineligible for returns unless they remain in original factory-sealed packaging.

Returns Policy – Prebuilt Items (Premium Package, Floor Model)

Items which are sold without original packaging (i.e. Premium Package pre-assembled grills and floor model items) are considered “final sale”, and are ineligible for exchange, return or refund (unless the manufacturer approves a warranty claim for the product in its entirety). Replacement is limited to manufacturer’s warranty claims for functional defects in affected components only (cosmetic defects excluded).

Warranty Disclaimer

While we endeavor to carry a wide range of parts for the major brands that we carry, (1) we cannot guarantee that we have all possible parts on-hand at all times, and (2) some parts are unavailable from the manufacturer unless required for an active warranty claim.

While we can assist with manufacturer’s warranty claims, such claims are still subject to the manufacturer’s approval process. For parts which we may have in stock, we are still required to complete the manufacturer’s warranty approval process before providing or installing warranty parts.

If the replacement part(s) required are not among those we have in stock (or are parts we are not permitted to keep in stock), replacement parts may take 2-3 weeks or more to arrive, subject to availability from the manufacturer. While we will make good-faith efforts to expedite the receipt and delivery of warranty-replacement parts, we are still constrained by the manufacturer’s ability to ship the required parts to us, and cannot guarantee a delivery time frame.

We do not provide warranty parts from our stock for barbecues purchased elsewhere; parts will be provided and shipped by the manufacturer. Parts may be purchased by the customer if we have stock available, however purchased parts cannot be returned for credit once the warranty part(s) arrive.
